Sian and the team at Williams and Co, organised my brothers funeral not so long ago, they were brilliant, explaining things along the way, a answering any questions the family had, they also took real good care of myself and other members of family, I can’t think them enough for everything thing they done, so thank you to Sian, Adrian and the team we will be forever grateful for your help on our brothers last journey.

I have to say Sian and Adrian are such lovely people, they was able to remain professional but still warm and empathetic. It felt like I was talking with a friend. I live away so made it more difficult to deal with everything, they done it all for me and nothing was too much for them, this happened over Christmas where most people would be off for at least a few days but they assured me to call or email any time night or day. They were always quick to answer any of my questions and never tried to up sell me.I felt really supported by the both of them, on the day of the funeral Adrian went above and beyond to help me and I really can’t thank them both enough, for making such a hard time more bearable

Everything from start to end was dealt with with great compassion and dignity. I phoned other funeral homes and I was made to feel it was all about the cost and not the needs of the family. Williams & Co made me feel at ease at such a sad time.

Amazing The words “Thank you” will never be enough for the amazing service, guidance and support. For making all the arrangements and holding my hand every step of the way.

Adrian, Sian and the whole team at Williams and Co are just amazing. Losing a loved one (in our case, our wonderful husband and dad), is a really distressing time but they smoothed the way brilliantly, guiding us in what we needed to do and really making it not just easy for us, but quite enjoyable too. They treated us, and dad, with the utmost respect. They accommodated all our requests, even last minute changes of mind about small details. We wanted to see dad, and they arranged multiple viewings where he was presented to us beautifully and they provided coffee and biscuits to make it easier. Dad was known for his sense of humour and the team entertained us in bringing this out throughout the proceedings. His funeral was just perfect – they thought of everything and it ran like clockwork with them guiding us every step of the way, being especially respectful to our elderly mum who is disabled. Even a delay from the church to the crematorium due to a traffic incident and road closure, was handled so professionally. Thank you so much Adrian and team for everything. We couldn’t recommend you more highly.

From the first moment we met Adrian we felt as if we had known him for years. At the most difficult time of our lives he made the hardest times easy. Always there to discuss every detail. He and his colleagues are friendly, approachable and professional. We as a family would definitely recommend these guys to everyone as could not fault anything they do. Thankyou again

It’s hard when someone you love so much passes away but from start to finish williams and co were so understanding and very professional in what they do expecially sian who we mostly dealt with we as a family can’t give you enough praise and wouldn’t hesitate to use williams and co again

Adrian, Sian and the whole team are incredible! From the moment we met Adrian we knew he was the person to help us as a family at such a difficult time. I never really leave reviews but I simply had to for these guys. Funeral of Elizabeth Allford After losing her battle with Cancer my mother sadly passed away, Adrian, Sian and team made a very upsetting/difficult situation all the more bearable. Being the first time arranging a funeral – From the very first meeting until the Funeral (and afterwards) they all went above and beyond what was expected. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs these services..

Caring family orientated My mum’s sudden death left us not knowing which way to turn. Williams & Co were incredibly supportive and went out of their way to ensure we were informed and aware of ever step that needed to be taken. They made life as easy as it could be, were empathetic and so caring. It felt as though we were talking to family. Nothing was too much trouble and We were so comforted by how they dealt with not only practical matters but their patience and understanding.

Our family could not have wished for more respect and care at our most difficult time. Simply exceptional service from start to finish, delivered by people who genuinely care and understand. We cannot praise them highly enough.

Adrian, Siân and the team at Williams & Co. have been absolutely wonderful. They were very respectful to my mother and kind and caring to me. At the funeral service they were dignified. The best we could ask for during a difficult time What can we say apart from amazing, so attentive, caring and thoughtful during a very difficult time for us, sian was outstanding and such a lovely lady that made us feel at ease, the care she gave us was first class from start to finish, this business is by far the best if you want to do anyone proud, cant thank the staff enough as nothing was no trouble

One of the hardest days of my life made so much easier by the care, professionalism and humanity shown by Ray and his team. Ray’s gentle, and steadying manner, his wealth of experience and solid efficiency were more than we could have hoped for. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

My dad’s funeral was the best and everyone there said that it was amazing. My dad wanted us to celebrate his life and not mourn and they recommend Celebrant John Thompson and wow it was exactly how my dad wanted it with lots of laughs. I have used the services of Williams & Co twice in the last 3 months. First my Father died and Adrian and his amazing team were marvellous with my Mum. Adrian spent time with her and reassured her that he would look after my dad. 2 months later my mum passed away and as a family it was never in doubt we would not use Williams & co again. They looked after my mum and dad but also made sure I was always happy with all the plans. I would highly recommend Williams & Co to anyone who needs an amazing and special company to deal with the funeral of their loved ones. Their priority is always the family left behind. I can’t thank them enough for making what is a traumatic time that little bit easier.
